Circulation Sub

Circulation Sub is an innovative multi-cycle opening-closing bypass circulation sub. It is used for dealing with a variety of potential problems, such as loss of circulation, poor hole cleaning, risk of sidetracking, plugged bit nozzles, cutting beds, etc.

Operation Procedures

One ball as opening ball is dropped and landed on ball seat, piston is pushed down, and tool is switched to the opening position

Dropping two closing balls, piston is pushed down; the balls are forced through inner tube and tool is switched to closing position

The process can be repeated and the cycle can be 5-10 times depending on practical need
