Thermal Annular Packer

Thermal Annular Packer is designed for steam stimulation which is the most popular technology in developing heavy oil and also the main method for thermal production of heavy oil. The material selection for packing elements using high-temperature resistant material(upper limit of 350°C) and all dynamic sealing using non-elastomer material ensures its proper function in the harsh working environment. Tubing flow adopts a double-layer design to realize thermal-protective for packing element with the effect that if 350°C steam was injected, the outer surface of the packing element could have a temperature of 250°C approximate.

Easy set and release, Thermal Annular Packer has pickup release structure with tubing movement-compensation function, no additional extend sub needed.
